Dr. Mark S. Wagner is the Clinical Director and CEO of a group psychological practice, Wagner Psychological Associates, based in Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties within Pennsylvania, with an affiliate office in Moorestown New Jersey.

Dr. Wagner earned his doctoral degree in psychology from Temple University in 1983; and has been licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over 20 years. His psychological training, includes specializations in early childhood development and family therapy; cognitive-behavioral therapy and neuropsychology.

Dr. Wagner sees children from the age of six (6) thru adulthood. He serves as a Disability Consultant for the State Office of Disability Determination in Pennsylvania; a Vocational Specialist with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in Pennsylvania; a Consultant with the Department of Human Services; and a Psychological Consultant with the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Dr. Wagner additionally provides independent medical examinations and peer reviews for various organizations concerned with the utilization of psychological services. Dr. Wagner also maintains staff membership at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, providing psychological and neuropsychological consultative services.

He is Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology with The American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology.

Dr. Wagner is a member of American Psychological Association, Division 40 Neuropsychology, International Neuropsychological Society, National Academy of Neuropsychology, New Jersey Psychological Association, Pennsylvania Psychological Association, Philadelphia Neuropsychological Society and the Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists.
