Biography:

Webb completed her Bachelor's degree in Humanities (with honors) from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Family Therapy from New College of California, a second Master's and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
Her graduate training as a clinical neuropsychologist included a year of funded research in neuroscience and a year of work in toxicology. Her doctoral dissertation focused on neurobiological substrates of posttraumatic stress disorder.
She completed her internship at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center and post-doctoral training at Arlington Hospital and in a private neuropsychology practice.
Dr Webb was licensed in Virginia in 2000 and Louisiana in 2008.
She was board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology in 2005 and the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology (adult) in 2006.
She is a registrant in good standing with the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and holds the Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology.
She is retained and appointed in both civil and criminal matters, assisting the court in determining the extent or existence of impairment. She has completed certification in risk of dangerousness, sex offender evaluations, and juvenile and adult competency certification, as required by the State of Virginia, through the Institute for Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Webb has also written professional books and articles, given invited lectures and provided consultations regarding pediatric neuropsychology throughout the US. Her work has received honors from the American Medical Association, the Department of Defense, and a personal citation from Governor Jane Hull of Arizona.
